Who should attend?

HRO Today Forum APAC is a strictly Buyer/ Practitioner only event.  We’ve packed as much as possible into this one event to make it a must-attend for all HR decision makers and influencers that are reviewing the options for, on the verge of, have just made, or are veterans of, large purchasing decisions.

These decisions cover a whole array of technology and sourcing options such as Shared Services, Outsourcing, Captive, transformational and re-engineering solutions.  The forum puts the focus on networking, education and professional development.  Many of our delegates come back.

The Forum inspires, educates and engages APAC’s HR leaders in ways that prepare them to make the commitments necessary to change themselves and their organizations. The Forum brings together the leading thinkers and practitioners to share best practices and build relationships that improve the services of HRO.  Delegates include the leaders of HRO, contracting, recruitment & talent management, payroll, HR operations & change management.  You’ll hear the experiences from large and mid-market companies, including members of HR associations across APAC. Attendees include not only the leaders or HR Services across the private and public sector, but also the most prominent providers, technology firms and advisors in outsourcing, technology, and consulting.  Our attendees make the most of their time at the conference by meeting all the leading players in the field, and then building upon and strengthening those relationships. With around 250 attendees each year, we pride ourselves that at least half of the audience comes from VP-level HR practitioners.  The event has numerous networking opportunities and we are always looking for new ways of putting people together.  In 2016 alone, we made over 100 introductions onsite and many of those dialogues are the start of future relationships.  Over the last three years, some of the largest contracts have been made as a result of meetings at the HRO Today Forums, and we have at least one example for each event in APAC, EMEA and North America.
