Supplier Relationship Management
The HR Outsourcing Association (HROA) looks to support HRO buyers in improving the industry by promoting better informed buyers, effective engagement between providers and buyers and to improve the ability of HR to better meet the needs of its business customers by helping to establishing best practices and standards. This session is for Buyers (Practitioners) only and is conducted under Chatham House rules.
In our discussion about supplier relationship management we’ll cover four key dimensions of successful sourcing: Performance, Environment, People and Relationships which deliver the required business outcomes of Trust, Collaboration, Effectiveness and Innovation. Then the delegates will split into facilitated Round Table Discussions on:
• Does the way an organisation works with its service providers support the efficient and effective achievement of their required business outcomes?
• How can supplier relationships be improved to deliver better results with more productive use of company resources?
After a report back from each discussion group, the session will then move into an open “Get the most from the knowledge in the room” Q&A session.
